This won’t spoil the article, but the end does mention that historical records from the Persian empire regarding Xerxes haven’t survived, and what Herodotus wrote about Xerxes ends in his seventh year. It was at the end of his seventh year when he married Esther. So Herodotus has no writings about Queen Esther.
